When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders the same day (Monday–Friday) if placed before 2pm.

• Next Day Delivery orders placed before 2pm are guaranteed to be shipped the next working day.
• Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

Can I return my order?

We hope you love your Better Tights, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

• All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service team. Please contact us at enquiries@bettertights.com.

• Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.

• Items returned after 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Hygiene policy:
Most of our products are classed as underwear and cannot be returned if worn or tried on.

Eligible returns:

• Leggings

• Other garments (must be unworn and in original condition)

Non-returnable items:

• Seamless Briefs

• Thongs

If you have unopened tights or shorts, please contact us and we’ll arrange your return or exchange.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at enquiries@bettertights.com.

• We’re unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched.

• If your order has shipped, you’ll need to return it unopened for a refund once received.

• Your discount will be applied automatically to your order total.

• Only one code per order can be used.

• Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions.
